Maureen Olle. Just as we were getting to know Maureen she is moving on to a bigger challenge. Maureen Olle is a fairly new GODORT member. She works at University Detroit Mercy in the documents department. She is graduating December 16 from Wayne State University with her MLIS. She's taking that bright shiny new degree with her to Louisiana State University to start there as Government Information Librarian on February 1, 2000. Tom Diamond will be Maureen's supervisor at the home of the LSU Fighting Tigers. You will also recognize LSU for the excellent directory it hosts for "US Federal Government Agencies Directory." Maureen's mind is a flurry of details, not only about the holidays, but about moving and starting her job. She deserves our thanks for in her enthusiam for documents, she volunteered to serve on the By-Laws Revision Committee and did an excellent job. When I asked Maureen what she was looking forward to in her new job she said that she will be "looking for a professional association just like Godort of Michigan." Now that gal has good taste! So Hello to a new Godort member, thanks for your hard work, and Good-bye and Good Luck in your new job Marureen.
