Sharon Bradley is leaving the Thomas M. Cooley Library to take a job at the University of Georgia Law Library. At the most recent Godort of Michigan fall meeting, Bradley noted that it was an opportunity to return to the south and be closer to other members of her family. Here new e-mail address is:

Judy Fields reports that Wayne State is currently developing an internet documents course which may be offered this summer by Todd Gilman.

Shawn Nicholson, President, Godort of Michigan, is looking for volunteers to serve on the Godort of Michigan Nominating Committee. In addition, he is looking for a program chair to take over for next year!

Judy Russell, Superintendent of Documents, was in Michigan recently. She visited the Library of Michigan and the Michigan State University Library on October 8th to discuss issues related to a possible shared Regional Depository Library. Russell also attended a reception at the University of Michigan School of Information and talked with students in Sue Davidsen's Government Documents class.

Ann Marie Sanders assisted with the opening of the Martha W. Griffiths Michigan Rare Book Room on October 28, 2003. Each visitor was given a fascimile of the 1836 Michigan Manual courtesy of the Library of Michigan Foundation and various sponsors! The Red Tape Editor turned over his copy to the MSU Government Documents Library.
